Founding Technical Lead

Coalition incubates companies at the earliest possible point: a technology that works, a customer who needs it, and no company yet. We are looking for technical leaders who want to be the first engineer and the technical face of one of those companies.

This is one track with two entry points. Join at formation and you are a co-founder with founder equity. Join once the company is formed and funded and you are the CTO with a meaningful founding-team grant.
